Le Petit Theatre is seeking Equity and non-Equity actors for its upcoming productions of Michael Frayn’s NOISES OFF, running October 2019, and Karey and Wayne Kirkpatrick and John O’Farrell’s SOMETHING ROTTEN!, running January—February 2020.
Time and Location: Auditions for both productions will be held on July 13, 2019, from 10-5pm, at Le Petit Theatre, 616 St. Peter St., New Orleans. Principal callbacks for both productions and a dance call for SOMETHING ROTTEN! will be held on July 20, 2019.
Audition Information: Sides will be distributed via email in advance of the scheduled auditions. If you are auditioning for SOMETHING ROTTEN!, please also prepare 16-32 bars from a song in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided. All performers should bring 2 copies of headshots and resumes, stapled.

PLEASE NOTE: Auditions for the remaining productions in LPT’s 2019—2020 Season- August Wilson’s THE PIANO LESSON, ANGELS IN AMERICA: MILLENNIUM APPROACHES, and A NIGHT WITH JANIS JOPLIN, as well as Youth Company auditions for A CHRISTMAS CAROL, will be held in late summer—early fall 2019. Specific audition dates and details for those productions will be forthcoming.
Contract: AEA SPT 2 Transitional. There is also pay for non-AEA performers.
Rehearsal and Performance Dates: NOISES OFF—1st rehearsal 8/27/2019, performs 10/4—10/20/2019 (possible extension to 10/27) SOMETHING ROTTEN!—1st rehearsal 12/03/2019, performs 1/17—2/2/2020 (possible extension to 2/9/2020)
