In Good Company Theatre returns this summer with Jean Genet's classic exploration of identity, class and imprisonment. The Maids is based on the infamous sisters Christine and Léa Papin, who murdered their employer and her daughter in Le Mans, France, in 1933. This dark comedy follows Solange and Claire, two housemaids, as they construct elaborate sinister roleplaying games while the Mistress of the house is away.
